Between 31 Oct and 30 Nov 2009 in the rooms and corridors of the former office building of Fabryka Mebli the Independent modern Art exhibition took place. It included works of artists from Suwałki and outside. My concert photographs from Suwalki Blues Festival 2009 were presented on the third floor in a room in east-west corner of the building. I decided to show sharp contrast chiaroscuro photographs in sepia. You can find more information on Biurowiec Sztuki website.

Galeria Jednego Obrazu

At the beginning of this year a mini-exhibition called “koncertówki” could have been seen in Galeria Jednego Obrazu in Park Konstytucji 3 Maja. I showed pictures from concerts of my favourite artists there. More information on this is given by suwalki.info website.

Suwalki Blues Festival in Sepia

My exhibition called Suwalki Blues Festival in Sepia have been on display in Bar Polski at 57 Kosciuszki Street from 8 July. As the name suggests the sepia photographs showed musicians who took part in Suwalki Blues Festival in 2009. To learn more, please go to:

The exhibition was supposed to end in a month or two but eventually lasted till end of November.

Suwalki Blues Festival through lens

My concert photographs were also shown during group exhibition organized by ROKIS called „Suwałki Blues Festial through Lens”. Contrary to what one may think participationg inthis exhibition did not give me much satisfaction. I’ll keep details to myself:

II edition of Biurowiec Sztuki – Suwalki Plaza gallery

In the remains of previous prison – now incorporated into a new shopping mall – Mietek Iwaszko organized next edition of Biurowiec Sztuki. He knows best how much time and nerves it cost him to organize this exposition on 600 square metres. As far as I am concerned , for the first time I stayed away from the concert photography and showed my pictures from the last two editions of Piknik Kawaleryjski. Some of those were supposed to be shown in June 2010 during the 10th edition of Piknik but ... they were not. Biurowiec Sztuki

Three editions

Again in welcoming Bar Polski – thank you Mrs Teresa – I presented photographs from Suwalki Blues Festival. The exhibition inclusded pictures from the last three editions of the festival. Let us hope this year is not the last year of it. The photos are on display from 10 February to ...I don’t know when actually. I am sure that at least till July – so till the Suwalki Blues Festival 2011.

Melka's Moments - One Picture Gallery

From 16 May to 10 June 2011 in Budka by Park takes place an exhibition to commemorate the Child's Day. My older - 2 years old now - daughter Melania posed for the photos.
